We are now seeking an outstanding Project Manager whether at Intermediate level or Senior level to join our vibrant team. If you're passionate about construction and driven by excellence, we want to hear from you.

Duties include:

The successful Intermediate Project manager will oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
  • Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee day-to-day project activities ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Coordinate and manage resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules.
  • Establish quality standards and ensure all project deliverables meet these standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively within the team and other departments/companies within the group.

Required skills:

  • At least 3 years' experience as a Construction Project Manager
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
