Absolute Executive Search are delighted to be partnered with a Top 10 Accountancy firm who are looking for an Outsourcing Director to join their growing team in Hampshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Manager/Director who is looking for a clear career path to Partner level.
The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Managing Partner and will be responsible for the management of the Outsourcing department.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Mange a varied client portfolio.
- Advise clients to ensure their business needs are fully met.
- Be fully involved in business development gaining new opportunities for other departments in the Group.
- Responsible for people management of the department, including training, mentoring and career development.
- Complete own chargeable time budget as well as your teams.
- Responsible for the success of the overall department, while managing client relationships, winning work and developing your team.
Key Requirements:-
- ACA/ACCA/CA or equivalent qualified
- Proven track record at a senior level and the ability to manage a large portfolio of clients, whilst leading a team
- Analyse complex business situations to give the best advice to clients.
- Excellent communicator
- Highly organised and can prioritise work as per needs of the client and business.
- Willingness to get involved in business development and networking events.
Work Hours: 37.5 Hours per week.
