Attwood Perks is partnering with a dynamic and rapidly growing technology business who are looking for a Project Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis.

As a Project Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting project delivery, project management, and enhancing the customer journey. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contribute to impactful projects, and grow alongside a forward-thinking company.

This position is full-time and fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery Support: Assist in planning, executing, and finalising projects according to deadlines and within budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of deliverables.
  • Project Management: Monitor project progress, track milestones, and maintain project documentation. Identify and address potential risks and issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Customer Journey Enhancement: Work closely with the customer success team to understand client needs and ensure a seamless customer experience. Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform improvements in project processes and service delivery.
  • Communication: Serve as a central point of contact for project-related communication. Facilitate effective communication between team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Administrative Support: Manage project schedules, organise meetings, and prepare reports. Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.

Key Experience:

  • Minimum 1 years proven experience as a Project Coordinator in the technology sector or supporting technology projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating strong self-motivation and time management skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to enhancing the customer journey.
