Search Consultancy is seeking a skilled and passionate Physiotherapist to join a dynamic team in Barrow-in-Furness. Role Overview:
- Provide thorough clinical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment for employees with musculoskeletal (MSK) injuries or disorders.
- Classify MSK conditions in terms of work-relatedness and offer reports on employee fitness to work, including necessary role adjustments.
- Lead onsite exercise classes aimed at rehabilitating employees.
- Conduct DSE assessments and ergonomic risk evaluations, offering recommendations to improve workplace safety and employee health.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary occupational health team to deliver comprehensive care.
- Collect and report statistical data, contributing to health promotion initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in physiotherapy, particularly in an occupational health setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Experience in conducting risk assessments and delivering exercise-based rehabilitation.
