Due to the seniority of this role, my client is only considering applicants who have previous law firm business development experience.
We are thrilled to have partnered with a leading US Law Firm to hire a Business Development Manager for their Litigation Practice. The role will collaborate closely with partners to develop and implement strategic business plans and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with industry leaders to develop and execute marketing and client development strategies
- Lead and coordinate RFPs, pitches, including proposal writing and pitch preparation.
- Manage and refine business development infrastructure
- Oversee the budgeting process for business development, tracking ROI, and advising on future initiatives
- Drive marketing and profile-raising activities, including submissions for industry rankings and coordinating client events.
- Manage and develop team members, ensuring effective delegation, coaching, and performance feedback
