Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and manage insurances? for a complex business with diverse operating sectors and a large employee base
- Manage HSW injury claims process to include review and collation of necessary case documents?
- Manage Vehicle incident claims to include review and collation of necessary case documents?
- Identify ‘red flag' or complex cases, ‘joining the dots', presenting issues for decision? and mitigating risk
- Coordinate Claims panel to review cases & risks on monthly basis?
- Respond effectively to & coordinate with third parties such as broker & insurer, working to improve our risk management proposition?
- Manage data & reporting providing a single view of potential and current claims and visibility of claims liability including Claims Tracker Portal and linking with Complaint data?
- Internal Focal point recommending process and system change following learning from claims?
Requirements:
- MUST have previous experience in insurance management
- Insurance & claim management relating to any of the following lines: Health & Safety, Motor/Fleet claims, legal claims
- Must have experience building new & maintaining relationships with brokers, insurers & lawyers
- Organisational skills and able to be an effective internal focal point & champion for change
- An ability to deliver succinct and clear verbal and written reports where necessary
