Events & Marketing Coordinator Up to £35,000 depending on experience Permanent - full time Redhill, office based (Hybrid after probation)

The Role:

Working as part of a central marketing team, this varied and fast-paced role will see you being exposed to all aspects of marketing including event management, digital communications, campaigns, graphic design, advertising and PR & communications!

Responsibilities will include:

  • Organising and managing all onsite and offsite company events from conception to completion which will include international exhibitions, trade shows and conferences
  • Assisting with the planning, designing, booking, managing the budget, equipment, stands, and organising all logistics and promotions for events
  • Managing and updating marketing collateral, designing and ordering printing, and ensuring electronic literature is kept up to date on the company's intranet/website

Skills Required:

  • As this role is Events heavy, it is essential that you have previous experience in events in a corporate environment combined with exposure to marketing.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive approach to work
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisational skills
