This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in marketing, who's detail-focused, data-aware, and eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced agency setting. Full training will be provided-so rather than deep experience, what really matters is your mindset, your willingness to learn, and your ability to stay organised and focused.

What You'll Be Doing

Campaign Delivery & Support

  • Help deploy marketing activity across digital channels including email, paid social, search, and SEO
  • Set up and launch campaigns following strategic direction provided by senior team members
  • Ensure campaign assets are accurate, on-brand, and ready to go live
  • Monitor performance and assist in making small optimisations under guidance

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Use analytics tools and dashboards to track campaign progress
  • Assist in building clear, data-led reports for internal and client use
  • Spot trends or irregularities in performance and flag them for review
  • Document campaign activity and outcomes

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Account Manager and wider delivery team to keep campaigns on track
  • Coordinate with creative, content, and technical teams to ensure timely asset delivery
  • Support the preparation of materials for client updates and presentations
  • Join team planning sessions and contribute ideas and feedback

Who This Role Is For

  • You may be a recent graduate, someone with early marketing experience, or looking to transition into a digital marketing role
  • You're curious, organised, and not afraid to ask questions or take initiative
  • You're comfortable working with numbers and data, and have an analytical mindset
  • You have a great eye for detail and take pride in doing things thoroughly
  • You're genuinely interested in digital marketing and open to learning new platforms and tools
  • Prior experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO software, or Klaviyo is a bonus-but not expected

Why You'll Want to Join:

  • Learn from an experienced, supportive team in a high-performing agency
  • Access to structured training and mentoring to build your skills and confidence
  • Work across a wide variety of clients and digital channels
  • Flexible, hybrid working culture
  • Clear pathway for progression as your experience grows
  • Bonus Scheme & many other perks & benefits
