2 x Customer Service Officers

  • 1 x role is for 6 months maternity cover
  • 1 x Temp to perm opportunity
  • To start 6th December
  • Hybrid role
  • Central Bournemouth offices (must live close to Bournemouth to apply)
  • 37 hours per week
  • Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm and Friday early finish 4.30pm
  • Pay rate £12.18 per hour

About the Customer Service Officer role-

  • We are seeking experienced in-bound call handlers for these roles
  • Able to deal with contacts for various services with empathy
  • Able to deal with complaints effectively
  • Able to stay calm under pressure
  • Dealing with volume calls
  • Must be able to multi- task as each call is different, varied types of issues and problem solving required
  • Good ICT skills
  • Updating and looking up information on the system
  • Accurate Data entry
  • Great attention to details
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
