#### Key Responsibilities:

  • **Data Management**: Accurately input and update client details on the company's computer system.

  • **Client Interaction**: Proactively contact clients and third parties to gather information and instruct further actions.
  • **Task Completion**: Manage diary tasks, including liaising with referrers, third-party insurers, and medical agencies.
  • **Quality Assurance**: Ensure attendance calls meet quality standards and all key information is obtained and recorded.
  • **Administrative Support**: Handle various administrative tasks such as document redaction, bundle preparation, and telephone support.

#### Skills and Experience:

  • **Customer Service Excellence**: Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills.
  • **Technical Proficiency**: Basic knowledge of the Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to navigate case management software.
