A successful and growing company based in Borehamwood is seeking an Office Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will be responsible for the day to day operations of the office. This candidate must have experience working within an accountancy practice and will thrive in a fast paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organised with good IT skills. This role is office based, Monday to Friday.
Key Duties:
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Maintain office filing system that includes scanning, filing and organising documents
- Be responsible for incoming mail and packages for all departments
- Maintain client records
- Type letters, reports and professional documents
- Assist with filling statutory documents with Companies House and HMRC
- Meet and liaise with clients
- Familiarise with Companies house and HMRC filing online and forming companies
- Manage an effective and efficient filing system
- Manage all client records on database
- Administrative support to all teams when required
Key Skills:
- Must have at least 2 years' experience working in an accountancy practice
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent organisational skills and great attention to detail
- Good IT skills and knowledge with Microsoft
- Experience with IRIS, BTC and CCH would be desired but not essential
