We are proud to be supporting a Private Healthcare Organisation with their recruitment for a Recruitment Administrator to join their team on a 4-month temporary basis.
Your new role
This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Health Services and make a difference. You will be supporting the onboarding process after candidates have been offered. You will be responsible for processing and sending out the employee contracts, processing references, discussing health & safety and other onboarding queries. You will also set up the new employees with their Workday profiles and collect data to send onto payroll. This is a full-time position and offers hybrid work. You will be based in the office 1 day per week in Salford Quays, this will be every Wednesday.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience within a similar onboarding role, or a role where you have had experience with recruitment or HR admin. You should also be able to work to a high volume and have strong attention to detail.This role will be due to start ASAP, which before starting you will need to pass your reference and compliance checks, upon registration please have your 2 most recent employment details available for reference checks. This role also requires a Basic DBS check, which hays will put into process for you.
What you'll get in return
As mentioned above, this role offers a hybrid working arrangement and is based in Manchester. This role is a temporary position for 4-5 months, and you will be offered a daily rate of £180 (umbrella pay).
