Locum Deputy Fostering Recruitment Manager
£35 - £38 per hour
NonStop Care is looking for a locum Deputy Fostering Recruitment Manager who can join a not for profit Independent Fostering Agency with an Outstanding Ofsted rating in the London area. This is an ongoing contract role, offering you stability.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be overseeing the fostering assessment process, providing supervision and support to Independent Assessors and internal assessing Social Worker. You will also be managing and providing quality assurance for all Form F assessments through to approval.
This is a fully home based role, meaning that you will not be linked to any of their offices. The role covers the South and East London.

Requirements:
Please apply if you are a Deputy Manager, Practice Manager or a Senior Practitioner and if you have experience in fostering, especially within fostering recruitment and assessment. You must have a Social Work Qualification and a driving license.
