This is an exciting opportunity for a top-performing 360 tech recruiter ready for a leadership role. You will inherit, lead and grow our established team of 4 consultants in the thriving US tech market as our current manager transitions to spearhead our new Austin office.

The role:

  • USA Tech Team Manager
  • 360 Recruitment - Billing team manager
  • Managing an established team of 4-5 consultants with a vision to grow quickly
  • Driving team performance and results
  • Develop and implementing growth strategy

The person:

  • High performing 360 tech biller (tech recruitment experience essential)
  • Exposure to US or Europe market (desirable)
  • Experience in mentoring, or management
  • Ambitious, looking to progress to directorship
  • Resilient, optimistic and goal driven
  • Great communication
