This is an exciting opportunity for a top-performing 360 tech recruiter ready for a leadership role. You will inherit, lead and grow our established team of 4 consultants in the thriving US tech market as our current manager transitions to spearhead our new Austin office.

The role:
- USA Tech Team Manager
- 360 Recruitment - Billing team manager
- Managing an established team of 4-5 consultants with a vision to grow quickly
- Driving team performance and results
- Develop and implementing growth strategy

The person:
- High performing 360 tech biller (tech recruitment experience essential)
- Exposure to US or Europe market (desirable)
- Experience in mentoring, or management
- Ambitious, looking to progress to directorship
- Resilient, optimistic and goal driven
- Great communication
