HR Implementation Manager

12 Month Contract
£350 per hour (Umbrella)
ARM are delighted to be supporting on of our clients with the recruitment of an HR Implementation Manager.
As an HR Implementation Manager you'll play a crucial role in ensuring interim resources are effectively al-located across the organisation.
We're looking for someone who has extensive experience in HR and / or contracts & procurement, strong stakeholder management and good project management experience to be successful in this role. System thinking experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
Requirements:
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data for continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Commercial Skills: Strong business management skills with excellent data analysis and reporting capabilities, including experience of measuring and demonstrating return on investment.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical in-formation clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Relationship Building: Skilled at building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
- Project Management: Proven ability to deliver results both in-person and virtual teams, focusing on time, cost, and quality and value for money.
