We are recruiting a driven and motivated Sales Negotiator to join a well-established company based in the Nottingham area. In this role you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding property sales targets through proactive sales and marketing activity.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Negotiator role:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Manage and update property listings, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions and visuals.
  • Skilfully negotiate property sales, ensuring the best possible outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Stay up to date with the local property market, understanding trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
  • Coordinate and conduct property viewings and inspections, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Handle all related sales administration tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.

Requirements of the ideal Sales Negotiator role:

  • Previous experience in a sales negotiator role, preferably within the property sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients.
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
