About Us:
Broad Spectrum SEN School is dedicated to providing exceptional education and support to children with additional needs. We are looking for passionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team and make a positive impact on our students' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to children with additional needs in a classroom setting.
- Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Work closely with teachers and other staff to create a supportive learning environment.
- Help manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all students.
- Support students with personal care needs, if required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience supporting children with additional needs.
- Relevant qualifications in education or childcare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
