The Company:
We recruiting for a reputable insurance broker in the market, known for our excellent service and trusted name. As they continue to experience various developments within the company, they are offering an exciting opportunity for a Customer Specialist to join their Lesuire Team, based in Gloucester.
The Role:
Working in call centre environment, you will be dealing with customers and putting their needs firsts. This client is looking for people who are motivated to join an Insurance broker and develop a career within the field.
You'll be a specialist within Holiday and Home Parks Insurance, selling individual policies, renewing existing ones and being on hand for general customer queries.
With a focus around speaking with clients over the phone, you'll also be responsible for handling administrative duties to support your wider team.
Requirements:
- Call centre experience would be preferred
- Knowledge of working with Microsoft packages including Excel/Word/Outlook
- Working towards targets within a regulated environment
- A strong attention to detail and focus to develop a career
- The ability to work well within a fast paced team in a customer focused entity
