Position: Trainee Paraplanner
Location: Horsham, West Sussex (hybrid working available)
Minimum Requirements: IFA Administrator OR Junior Paraplanner experience; CII exam passes (such as RO1) preferred but not essential; Intelligent Office experience preferred
Salary/package: Up to £30,000 (depending on experience) + bonus + 25 days' annual leave + healthcare + pension (5%, 5%) + study support + DIS + various other benefits

Our client is a successful, award-winning UK-wide IFA network with head quarters based in Horsham, West Sussex. The company has significant plans to grow over the next 12 months and has just started the search for a Trainee Paraplanner to join its rapidly-expanding paraplanning team. The Trainee Paraplanner role offers hybrid working after the successful completion of the probationary period.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the firm's Paraplanner Manager, the Trainee Paraplanners' key duties will include:
- Undertaking research to reach conclusions and recommendations for clients
- Preparation of suitability letters
- Involvement in the company's research processes including platform due diligence
- Handling some client correspondence on behalf of the Financial Advisers
- Using Intelligent Office as a back office system
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates interested in the Trainee Paraplanner vacancy will have the following criteria:
- IFA Administrator OR Junior Paraplanner experience
- CII exam passes (such as RO1) preferred but not essential
- Intelligent Office experience preferred
REMUNERATION / PACKAGE
The package for the Trainee Paraplanner role is as follows:
- Salary of up to £30,000 (depending on experience)
