Solo Home - Registered Manager - Interview ASAP
NonStop Care is currently working with a Ofsted registered home in the Oxfordshire area has reached out looking for a Registered Manager to run their Solo home.
This small children home imbedded in quiet local communities to provide a safe and nurturing home environment with intensive support packages for up to 2 young people in each home aged 12 - 17 who require short term care.
This is an excellent opportunity that offers home working flexibility and freedom to manage your own workload, giving you a better work/life balance.
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to lead, motivate, manage and develop all members of the staff team within an open and enthusiastic culture which includes the delivery of training.

Requirements:
They are looking for someone who has a minimum of 2 years' previous experience within the last 5 years in a position relevant to the residential care of children and, for at least 1 year, requiring the supervision and management of staff working in a care role. With experience with Ofsted.
