Job Responsibilities
The focus of this role will be providing 1st - 3rd line technical support to our users and aiding their development through training. You will help maintain and grow our existing infrastructure and will be involved in various projects like system implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
This role would suit a strong 2nd line candidate with some exposure to VMWare or virtualisation.
- Provide users technical support for both hardware and software issues
- Liaise with suppliers and developers to report and find solutions to problems
- Create and maintain user accounts, manage permissions and access
- Provide training to staff on new and existing systems
- Monitor systems and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
- Collaborate with staff on various projects like new software deployments
- Create and maintain support articles in our knowledge base
Skills Required
- Active Directory/Entra ID Administration
- Office 365: Exchange, Intune, SharePoint, Teams Administration
- Supporting devices running Windows 11, iOS, iPadOS
- Windows Server 2019/2022 Administration
- Hyper-V VM management
- Azure VMs/Azure Virtual Desktop Administration
- Exposure to Networking protocols and management would be a bonus.
This role is office based. After successful probation, there may be the option for 1 day WFH.
