Noble Recruiting are currently recruiting a confident Administrator to join our friendly and proactive Client in Billericay, Essex which will become a Hybrid Position quickly!
Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within the local area. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday's, NO weekends

Your responsibilities include:
- Process paperwork and update client records accordingly
- Take incoming calls from clients/customers and support with enquiries
- Outbound calls - speaking to clients/customers to follow up and requests documentation as required
- Send out documents via email as requested
- Database management / Update records
You will need:
- Confident and outgoing individual.
- Administrative work experience.
- Customer service work experience.
- Reliable individual with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, respond positively to changing demands, embrace and implement new ideas.
- Good time management skills.
- Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge.
- UK resident and the right to work in the UK.
