My client Is seeking an Operations Coordinators to join their service desk teams in Crawley This role is integral to providing dedicated support to their customers, including engineering allocation and resource management.

Job purpose:

You will be the single point of contact for all issues relating to installation, reactive, and planned preventative maintenance requests, working in line with company policy and strategy.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Receive and appropriately handle internal and external calls, including reactive calls from customers.
  • Review open and uncompleted call-outs and planned maintenance performance daily, driving improvements and changes.
  • Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Encourage engineers to gather comprehensive details for quotation requests and follow-up works to avoid delays.
  • Keep customers informed about arrival times and progress updates.
  • Action follow-up calls, order parts, and ensure completion of works in line with customer KPIs and SLAs.
  • Liaise with other departments to deliver professional work solutions in all aspects of service delivery.
  • Address customer complaints from the initial call to the final solution.
  • Proof engineers' paperwork, including subcontractors, to ensure accuracy and completion for all service and maintenance-related works.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Geographical awareness and the ability to prioritise workloads of maintenance and engineering teams.
  • Good knowledge of help desk telephone systems and ad hoc administration duties.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Experience using a computerised facilities management system.
