Position: Permanent – Full Time

An experienced, organised and highly competent Office Administrator is needed to work with a smart estate agency in the Hampton, TW12 area.

Previous experience as an Estate Agent Branch / Office Administrator is beneficial because the role is to support a busy team and it will mean jumping straight in!

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in office administration and also have experience in Estate Agency.

You will need to have first class customer service and communication skills as well as being highly organised, able to prioritise workload, work to deadlines and have excellent computer skills – Good on the phone and great with people!

You will need to be a confident working within a busy team as well as working on your own initiative.

Skills: The skills required for this Office Administrator role will include:

  • Previous experience as a Branch Administration / Office Coordinator / Office Manager
  • Good understanding of estate agency
  • Demonstrate a professional approach to customer service
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
  • Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
