Your new role
- Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimise downtimes, priorities will be determined by the shift manager in the event of multiple breakdowns
- PPM & Reactive maintenance tasks to be carried out as and when required with a 'Right First Time' attitude.
- Maintenance priorities on shift, are as follows:
- Breakdowns
- PPMs
- Installation / Project Work
- Participate in continuous improvement of the site and processes
What you'll need to succeed
- You'll need to be a multi-skilled engineer with a bias in either direction - electrical preferred, but as long as you are comfortable and experienced working on electrics you will be considered.
- Computer literate
- Strong inter-personal & communcation skills
What you'll get in return
- Salary: £46,455 - subject to increase in January (3% expected)
- 7% pension contributions if you contibute 3%
- All tools supplied
- Overtime available regularly
- Overtime paid at 1.5x on Saturday & 2.0x on Sunday
- Substantional upskilling available through formal training qualifications
