We are looking for talented people to join our team, who are not scared of hard work and want to achieve more. You must want to pick up the phone and talk to people; that is where most of the real work is done. There is no hiding behind emails. It's a life-sized game of snap.

Its also like building a jigsaw puzzle and initially the number of pieces required, can seem overwhelming. You will soon learn what pieces are the edges and how to group parts to start building a picture. From experience, the picture is never completed as something changes, and that is why the job never gets tired.

Your day will be flat out from the start. We use our CRM and Recruitment software to give you access to several quality candidates who are all looking for new opportunities. You need to have conversations with them to understand what they are looking for and to understand the market that we are working in. The next step is to talk to the business managers who have problems that need solutions, and let them have the people that you know are available or are looking for that next opportunity.

You will have your own area and be expected to cultivate that and make the most of the opportunities that exist. We primarily deal with contractors who are professionals with many years of experience, and keen to find their next opportunity. Speed is what matters, and an hour can be the difference between getting that deal and missing out.

You must be personable, articulate, compassionate, and recognise that you need to listen more than you speak. You need to make sense of chaos and pick up on the important information. It's different from most other sales as you are selling people. We offer a salary and open-ended commissions.
