Receptionist/Administrator

We have an excellent opportunity available for a junior candidate to join a close knit commercial property company in North West London.

Working closely with the PA to CEO, you will be the first point of contact for all correspondence and helping out wherever needed with general office admin. This is a brand-new role for the company - there will be plenty of scope for career progression as the role evolves over time.

Candidates should ideally have 6 month's office experience and be keen to progress with a career in admin support.

Tasks include:

  • Answering phones and re-directing calls
  • Responding to emails
  • Filing
  • Mange office supplies
  • Supporting the wider team when needed
  • Ad hoc admin tasks

You will be:

  • Min 6 month office experience
  • Familiar with Microsoft office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Confident, friendly, sunny personality
