Description
Reporting to the European Technical Director, the Technical Projects Manager will have responsibility for a range of projects including industrialisation, proto-typing and supply chain development. They will:
- Manage broad range of projects from design to completion
- Ensure all projects adhere to set budgets and timelines
- Maintain high quality standards across all projects
- Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and implement project strategies and plans
- Monitor and report on project progress
- Mitigate project risks and manage any issues that arise
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes
Profile
The successful Technical Projects Manager will possess a range of the following:
- Proven experience managing engineering and manufacturing projects
- Experience in a similar role ideally within the Plastics Manufacturing industry
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge and experience
- Experience with project management tools including MS project and Smart sheet
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- A degree in Engineering or similar relevant qualification
