Job Title: Marketing Executive / Marketing Manager
Location: Hampton, Twickenham, Kingston, Surbiton, New Malden, Esher, Weybridge, Wimbledon, Putney, Clapham, Battersea, Fulham, Chelsea
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Benefits - Hybrid working (4 days in the office 1 at home)
Evolve Recruitment are seeking to recruit an experienced hands on and data driven, proactive Marketing Manager to join our clients rapidly scaling prop tech business (D2C and B2B customer base) based in their London office on a fulltime basis. Initially focusing on CRM / lifecycle marketing before expanding into other areas of the business to identify the biggest opportunities as they grow into 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for a generalist marketer with some experience in CRM who is also eager to engage in broader analytical and marketing activities within a progressive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- ?? Boost Conversion Rates: Run conversion rate experiments across our funnel through lifecycle marketing.
- ?? Master Communication Strategies: Manage and optimise email and SMS communication strategies.
- ?? Uncover Data-Driven Insights: Analyse large data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and high-value customer cohorts.
- ?? Tailor Experiences to Personas: Understand customer personas to address their needs and pain points effectively.
- ?? Craft Compelling Copy: Write persuasive, clear, and engaging copy.
- ?? Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, underwriting, operations, and growth.

Skills:
- 2-3 years in a Marketing, strategy, or related role, ideally within a direct-to-consumer startup, scale-up, or consultancy.
- Proactive and Detail-Oriented: Keen eye for detail and a structured approach to tasks.
- Data-Driven: Comfortable with numbers, turning data into actionable insights.
- Customer-Centric: Passionate about understanding and meeting customer needs.
- Creative with an Eye for Design: Strong sense of design, ensuring high-quality, appealing output.
- Adaptable: Thrive in fast-paced environments, comfortable with ambiguity.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Have a strategic mindset but will also be executing and need to be willing to get involved
- A self starter and comfortable with ambiguity, ideally come from a start up scale up but the client would be open to experience from larger organisations.
