Financial Controller

CMA Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a dynamic SME in Southampton, to recruit a part-time Financial Controller in a hands-on capacity.

What will the Financial Controller role involve?

  • Production of the monthly management accounts for all UK based companies;
  • Responsibility for the company bank accounts, weekly cashflow management and financing arrangements;
  • Responsibility for the external audit process, provision of accounting information and supporting evidence;
  • Holding relationships with key site stakeholders and suppliers, including tenants, site security, neighbouring landowners;
  • Preparation, reconciliation and processing of the staff payroll;

Suitable candidate for Financial Controller:

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified;
  • End to end financial control experience;
  • Estates, commercial property or marine experience.

Additional benefits and information for Financial Controller:

  • 21 hours per week;
  • Up to 80% WFH;
  • 25 days holiday pro rata.
