Recruitment Sales Executive

Journey Recruitment is a small, independent, award-winning boutique style recruitment agency and we are looking for a new Recruitment Sales Executive to come and join our friendly team in central Wokingham, Berkshire!

This is an office based role working 37.5 hours Monday to Friday, although we are happy to consider alternatives. You must be people focussed, have an understanding of the recruitment process, possess great sales, administration, and written skills and want to work in a small, boutique-style agency. This role would suit someone from a Recruitment, Account Management or Sales background.

Salary is £25,000 to £30,000 + commission

The purpose of this role is to provide key support in a few areas of the business so this is a really exciting and varied role where no two days will be the same! You will be completing the 360 recruitment process including new business development and you will also support in a few areas of administration, marketing and social media when required.

The duties and responsibilities of the role will be as follows:

New Business Development

  • Research, identify and develop your own new business prospects.
  • Update the centralised internal document.
  • Be the "go to" for updates to the centralised internal document.
  • Be confident with high levels of outbound calling to new prosects about what we can offer.
  • Representing the high standards of the Journey Recruitment brand

Recruitment

  • Sourcing appropriate candidates for roles using our Job boards.
  • Complete thorough consultative calls to fully understand candidate requirements and suitability for roles.
  • Identify and attract potential candidates using social media and job boards.
  • Be comfortable and confident making high volume outbound calls.
  • Excel in high levels of communications via phone, teams & email.
  • Be able to multitask and organise your day appropriately.
  • Advertising vacancies and managing responses using job boards and LinkedIn

Marketing and Administrative Support

  • Support the Marketing Executive in the execution of the Marketing Plan
  • Post content on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
  • Assist in writing content for blogs
  • Create Canvas
  • Support Recruitment Consultants and management when needed with diary management, confirmation emails and candidate check-ins as and when requested.
