We are recruiting in the Folowing postcodes: BH,BN,CR,DT,GU, KT,PO, RH, SM, SO,SP

And we are seeking highly motivated, self-sufficient, and high-performing mortgage and protection advisors to join our team on a self-employed basis.

Our target audience is seasoned professionals who have already built a strong book of clients and are generating an annual income of

around £50,000 or more

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional mortgage and protection advice to your existing client base and actively seek new business opportunities.
  • Manage the entire mortgage and protection process, from initial client consultation to application submission and completion.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the mortgage and protection market, staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Promote and offer our core product, the Home Buyer Service (HBS), to clients, adding value and generating additional revenue streams.

Highest Pay as a Percentage of Total Income Generated:

  • 90% paid on self-generated leads – the highest payout rate in the industry.
  • 40% paid on OneDome leads.
  • 50% paid on leads from our established introducer network (estate agents, etc.).
  • 25% of generated revenue for referrals to our protection specialist team.
  • 25% of generated revenue for referrals to our financial planning (wealth) specialist team.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven track record as a successful mortgage and protection advisor, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Existing book of clients and a steady stream of self-generated business.
  • Strong understanding of the mortgage and protection industry, products, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and upholding the highest ethical standards.
