Are you organised and proactive with excellent administrative skills and a strong customer focus?

Main duties of the role:-

  • Act as the first point of contact for the Service Team, ensuring calls and e-mails are handled promptly
  • Create helpdesk cases
  • Manage work orders for service requests
  • Schedule and arrange preventative maintenance inspections
  • Maintain the schedule of service contracts, including dates of visits, invoices, renewals, terminations, and changes

Previous customer service or administration experience is required, ideally within a service or sales support environment. This is a busy and varied role where you will use your high attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills and have the enthusiasm to get stuck in and take on a new challenge! This role will also make use of you confident computer skills and ability to learn new processes and systems quickly.
