Description/ Day to day Activities:
As an Entry-Level Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will engage in various activities that include office-based meetings and upskilling sessions, out-of-office sales, and direct interaction with customers. Represent our clients as a brand ambassador in three direct marketing campaigns: business-to-business (B2B), residential business-to-consumer (B2C), and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in daily office meetings and training sessions.
- Conduct residential sales and face-to-face customer interactions at their homes.
- Represent clients professionally and maintain a positive image.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Flexibility to work a minimum of 4 days per week, with availability from Monday to Sunday with no fixed rota.
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not essential.
- No qualifications needed.
- There are incentives for individuals who drive, however it is not a requirement.
