Fulfilment Specialist

Posted by National Trust.

Summary

We're looking for a Fulfilment Specialist to join our Supporter Services team on a 24-month fixed term contract. It's an exciting time to join our team as we start to plan our roadmap for the next five years.

As Fulfilment Specialist, you'll play an integral role in transforming and managing our processes and ways of working with both internal stakeholders and suppliers, whilst supporting our Logistics Manager on existing established practises, such as our members handbook and magazine production.

What it's like to work here

With over 5 million members, 10,000 staff and thousands of volunteers, the National Trust is the biggest conservation charity in Europe, caring for more than 250,000 hectares of farmland, more than 780 miles of coastline, and more than 500 historic properties, gardens and nature reserves. We're committed to preserving nature, history and beauty for everyone, forever.

In the Supporter Services team, we continually strive to ensure our members and supporters have a fantastic experience when interacting with National Trust. We manage a variety of supplier relationships, fostering strong partnerships whilst ensuring our requirements and service levels are met.

Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon and there'll be an expectation for you to attend the office. However, there's flexibility on where you're based at other times. You'll be required to work at a National Trust location for 40-60% of your working week. This'll be discussed in more detail at interview.

What you'll be doing

Reporting to our Logistics Manager, you'll have a strong understanding of print and production, postal products and tariffs, whilst also being familiar with outsourced fulfilment provision.

You'll be responsible for establishing and managing a robust briefing process for internal production and fulfilment requirements, playing a key role in managing several of our suppliers, monitoring performance, spend and service level agreements.

With a keen eye for detail, you'll be used to interrogating data for trend analysis and forecasting purposes and familiar with working to budget.

Taking a proactive approach, you'll always be looking for process improvements and efficient ways of working, whilst being a team player who thrives in a structured environment.

Who we're looking for

You can view the full role profile for this role in the document attached. You don't need to have all the knowledge, skills and experience listed in the role profile; this is just to provide a full picture of what's possible in this role.
