Your new role
Supervising a small Accounts Payable team, dealing with day to day escalations, the main duties are as follows;
- Responsible for supplier statement reconciliations.
- Oversee cash and bank reconciliations
- Supervising the processing of banking receipts and payments to the general ledger
- Supervise supplier payment runs
- Monitor the administration and clearing of GRN's
- Ensure supplier credit notes are checked
- Undertake VAT checking
What you'll need to succeed
Previous accounts payable experience and experience managing staff would be ideal.
