Salary: Starting from £38,000 per annum (negotiation available)

Location: Stockport (Hybrid working – 2 days in the office)

Type: Permanent/Full-Time

This role is pivotal in leading, managing, and optimising dialler operations to drive sales and retention. You will be at the forefront of designing and implementing dialler strategies informed by customer behaviours and market trends.

Due to the seniority and importance of this position, we are looking for someone with a strong analytical background, data management experience, and ideally, SQL expertise.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Monitor Dialler performance, adjusting strategies in real-time to enhance outcomes or respond to events.
  • Analyse data to shape future outbound strategies and improve dialler performance.
  • Collaborate with Operational Teams to develop and implement strategies that increase performance.
  • Drive sales, retention, and conversion levels productively through the Dialler system and associated tools.
  • Manage outbound campaigns and their conversion to inbound retention.
  • Ensure compliance with all OFCOM guidelines.
  • Regularly communicate updates and strategies to the Director, Customer Retention, and other key stakeholders.
  • Build and manage daily dialler initiatives for Sales/Retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong mathematical, analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in data management/analysis.
  • Expertise in Outbound Dialler systems.
  • Advanced SQL knowledge.
  • A commitment to integrity, due skill, care, and diligence.
  • Ability to comply with all relevant rules, regulations, and legislation.
