Permanent Contracts Director - Norwich
Core Recruiter are recruiting for a permanent Contracts Director for a contractor based in Norwich, Norfolk.
Our client is looking for an experienced Contracts Director who holds a wealth of Construction knowledge in refurbishment and new build construction.
Qualifications/Experience
- Relevant qualification in Project Management or Construction Management
- Member of the Chartered Institute - Not essential but a bonus
- An in-depth understanding of large-scale technical projects and construction techniques
- Experience working on refurbishment and new build projects at a large scale
- Working with QS and the contracts team/Managing the contracts team and sub-contractors
- Liaising with clients
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress
- Managing risks
- Coordinating and managing the client, contractors and designers
