What You'll Do:
- Find the best talent: You'll use job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals to discover outstanding candidates.
- Shape careers: Screen, interview, and assess candidates, making sure they're the perfect fit for our clients.
- Be a recruitment matchmaker: Present top talent to clients and help coordinate their interview process.
Keep it organized:
- Stay sharp on the admin side: Manage accurate records in our CRM system, so computer skills are a must.
- Stay compliant: Adhere to legal and ethical standards, including GDPR regulations.
- Bring creativity: Contribute ideas for our social media presence and suggest improvements where needed.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- If you have experience in a sales or recruitment environment, that's a plus, but its not required. Were all about finding the right fit and will provide full training.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
