Zeal Recruitment are working with a well-known Civil Engineering business who are looking for a gang of up to 5 workers to start ASAP.
As the Ganger you are responsible for the whole gang, which includes the following:
- Coordinating and supervising work within your own team
- Ensuring work is carried out safely
- Briefing method statements to the gang
- Checking plant and equipment
- Maintaining tools
- Lead by example to others on the site
- Communicate effectively with the site supervisor
- Discuss any changes to method statements
As the Ganger you will need:
- Own VAN
- NPORS or CPCS tickets and in date
- H&S awareness
- Highways Passport
- Safety Critical Medical
