Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company , is seeking a Packing Operative to join their team in Maidenhead. With a strong focus on manufacturing and marketing generic pharmaceutical products, our client serves clients across the UK. Salary Range: £24,000 per annum (depending on experience)

The candidate must have their own vehicle to get to Maidenhead or must live local in Maidenhead.

Working Pattern: Full Time - The role is paying £24K.

Monday - Friday. One week one shift will be 6am-2pm and they will be introducing a late shift which will be 13.45pm - 21-45pm. They will then work on a weekly rota.

Job Description:

Our client is currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative to support their growing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to the packaging and production of pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify and prepare repackaging material and equipment for production runs
Confidently participate in the packaging machine setup and changeovers for production runs
Follow work instructions, standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Operate packaging equipment, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments
Follow escalation protocols in a timely manner when troubleshooting efforts fail
Package semi-finished products into finished products, ensuring adherence to packaging specifications and quality standards
Collaborate with maintenance personnel when mechanical issues require escalation
Ensure personal, production room, and equipment sanitation
Develop an understanding of batch record information and maintain accurate and complete records
Actively engage in technical training and comply with all required training as a member of the operations team

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Basic mathematical skills for record keeping purposes
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with team members
A proactive and self-motivated approach to work
