If so, EdEx are looking for bright graduates to support in a variety of schools who can offer you fully funded teacher training, training in SEMH with young people, SEN interventions, as well as the ability to shadow psychological professionals.

Graduates Required - Aspiring Teachers
- Decide whether you want to teach in Primary or Secondary settings
- Run your own intervention classes, teaching short, specialist lessons in your chosen subject
- Gain valuable teaching skills whilst being mentored by a class teacher
- Support the class teacher in lessons
- Mentor students applying to university
- Apply within the school for salaried teacher training from September 2025
- Train to become a teacher in a school you're familiar with excellent support and mentorship
Graduates Required - Aspiring Psychologists
- Undertake a role as an SEN/SEMH TA
- Deliver 1:1 support to students with ASD, Anxiety, Trauma, or Speech and Language difficulties
- Your role would be entirely focused on the behavioral and emotional needs of students
- Shadow psychologists such as speech and language therapists, clinical psychologists, educational psychologists, counsellors and more
- Gain experience working on care plans and individual targets
Graduates Required - Aspiring SEN Specialists
- Work in a mainstream or SEN specialist school
- Deliver 1:1 interventions
- Influence care plans and targets
- Gain experience with moderate-severe SEN
Working within a school is the perfect opportunity to gain experience in a variety of areas, whilst being given the opportunity to have funded training whilst learning on the job.
Graduates Required - Job Description
- Starting September 2024
- £105 - £120 per day
- Full Time - Long Term
- Monday - Friday - No Weekends
- Graduates at 1st class or 2:1 level
- Located in London
