We are working with an architectural practice, based in the heart of Manchester, that is looking to hire at least two new members of staff to help manage the ever-increasing demand for their services.
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a welcoming and collaborative practice that strives to create a working environment that encourages creativity alongside a social setting that people enjoy working in.
They are a multi-sector organisation, offering a range of services in the following sectors - Commercial, Industrial, Manufacturing, Retail, Residential, Hotels, Sports & Leisure, Student Accommodation, Education, Healthcare, Transport, Community, Blue Light, and major strategic master-planning! There is also the chance to collaborate with professional in other disciplines, including Interior Design, Graphic Design, Project Managers, and more.
Senior Architectural Technologist - Roles/Responsibilities
- Managing projects from start to finish.
- Produce working drawing packages across a wide range of residential projects
- Liaise with different stakeholders, lead the detailed design process, co-ordinate information, and produce/contribute to planning applications.
- Having a solid understanding of planning and UK Building Regulations is essential along with being able to liaise with different stakeholders.
- Extensive experience using Revit
- Ideally, MCIAT if not working towards
