HR Advisor/Administrator

Maternity Contract - 9 months

Our client based in Milton Keynes are looking for an experienced HR/Recruitment Advisor/Administrator professional to join their team.

Your tasks will involve the following: -

  • Provide support to the HR Manager with HR Recruitment.
  • Drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies onto their inhouse system.
  • Develop and implement a HR strategy for all vacancies.
  • Liaise with internal managers to understand their needs.
  • Complete new starter and inductions across 2 sites (London).
  • Prepare contracts to send to successful candidates.
  • Process starters, leavers, probations, and promotion changes.
  • Conduct audits ensuring all legal documents are present and correct.
  • Provide monthly reports across the whole business.
  • Other ad hoc duties.

Transport is essential as you will be required to travel to other sites.

£25-27K, 1 day working from home, 4 days in the office.

Due to the nature of this position, previous HR/Recruitment experience are essential along with CIPD level 3- or 3-years minimum HR/Recruitment experience.
