Venesky-Brown's client, a public sector organisation in West Northamptonshire, is currently looking to recruit a Housing Enforcement Officer for an initial 3 month contract on a rate of £35 - £40 (Umbrella) per hour (37 hours per week). The post will be a hybrid model of both onsite and at home working.
Essential Skills:
- HHSRS certificate
- Recent experience of enforcement activities under the Housing Act 2004, including the drafting and issue of enforcement notices, financial penalties, magistrates court, and first tier tribunal
- Recent experience of undertaking housing inspections, the recognition of Category 1 hazards, and the remediation of Category 1 hazards
