SANZA Teaching Agency is working in partnership with a large, inclusive three-form-entry primary school in Wembley, seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor for the new academic year. This role is ideal for someone with prior classroom experience who is confident leading learning in the absence of a teacher.
About the Role:
- Delivering lessons across KS1 and KS2, following pre-prepared plans
- Maintaining a calm, productive learning environment
- Supporting behaviour management in line with school policies
- Liaising with teaching staff to provide daily feedback
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has experience working in a UK primary school
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Can manage groups of children effectively and positively
- Ideally has a relevant degree or Level 3 qualification
