We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Economics teacher with Business Studies expertise to join our client, a distinguished secondary school in Southwark, starting in September 2024. This full-time position offers the opportunity to teach Key Stages 4 and 5 in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Job Role Requirements:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons in Economics and Business Studies.
  • Assess and track student progress, providing feedback to students and parents.
  • Contribute to the development of the department's curriculum and resources.
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications and Person Specification:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • A degree in Economics, Business Studies, or a related field.
  • Experience teaching Economics and Business Studies at Key Stages 4 and 5.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Economics and Business Studies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
