Interim HR Business Partner Project - Hybrid

Posted by Purple House (HR) Recruitment Ltd.

This is an operational role supporting this Company through integrations from the acquisitions they've recently made and are going through currently. The CPO heads up the integration projects but needs someone very capable who can deliver the operational side, the day to day management, of the integrations including;

  • Identifying and delivering the end-to-end TUPE requirements
  • Communications, and change management, during the integrations
  • Creating a plan for each integration
  • Operationally lead on delivering each integration
  • Create and deliver any training needed specifically related to the integrations.

Each acquisition varies in employee numbers between a handful to potentially 100 or so. There are some acquisitions that need to be fully integrated, and others that will be staged because of the type of acquisition contract.

In addition to the above you may on occasion be asked to support on a piece of work that's urgent, more in the generalist HR area. This would most likely be something of an ER nature.
Beyond relevant some experience in TUPE, you will need to be proactive, have initiative, be resilient and have a style that brings people with you. A more innovative and progressive approach to HR, and experience of seeing this in action, would be ideal.

The client is an environment safety company specialising mainly in water hygiene and water treatment with approximately 500 employees. They are UK based and are PE backed. The Company has been through a lot of change in the last couple of years and will continue to do so over the next couple of years. There is a strong growth strategy combining acquisitions and organic growth.
It's a lovely company to work for, but it is feeling the effects of lots of change.
