Day-to-day of the role:
- Be the welcoming voice and face for our valued clients, setting the tone for excellent service.
- Take charge of planning and coordinating a skilled team of Engineers to ensure top-notch service delivery.
- Play a pivotal role in maintaining seamless operations, fine-tuning schedules, and boosting productivity.
- Forge strong links with colleagues across Technical, Customer Service, and Finance departments to create a harmonious work environment.
