Sales Account Manager
Up to £40,000 + uncapped commission OTE £55K+ Yr. 1

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to nurture and grow existing client accounts. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in managing high value accounts, ensuring clients receive exceptional service whilst driving new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an existing customer base with spend exceeding £3m annually
- Acting as the first point of contact ensuring all customers' needs are met
- Identify new sales opportunities via cold calling, cross selling, attending networking events, exhibitions etc
- Ability to understands the portfolio
- Collaborating with production and logistics ensuring SLAs are adhered to
- Provide quotes and oversee the processing of customer orders.
- Work towards and achieve both business and personal targets.
The candidate
- A proven track record in sales and account management.
- Confident and persuasive personality with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to identify and maximise sales opportunities.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- E-commerce experience is preferred
